Mary Kay Holmes has a great way with people. She is warm and welcoming and has a beautiful voice. She knows her stuff, but lets people go at their own pace and doesn’t push. I found her class to be very enjoyable and relaxing — especially at the end. -U.E.

Mary Kay is more than a certified yoga teacher and a qualified physical therapist assistant, she is a natural healer and compassionate person. I not only know Mary Kay from taking her classes, but also as another professional in the fitness and health field. Her classes at Antares are very therapeutic, but I have also taken other classes from her at a health club.
