We offer a weekly Viniyoga class on Mondays at 4:00 p.m.
$15/class 75 minutes
Each class has a unique theme.

Viniyoga: Viniyoga is a style of hatha yoga that is adaptive in approach – adapting the movements in relation to individual structures and needs.
*Yoga Therapy: We also offer one-on-one yoga sessions to address your unique needs. Hourly rates apply.
Classes and therapy provided by Mary Kay Holmes, licensed physical therapist assistant and certified yoga therapist/instructor.

Mary Kay is available for group instruction or workshops in a variety environments: skilled nursing facilities, fitness centers, corporate offices, medical centers, physical therapy clinics, park districts and professional groups.
Workshop topics include, but are not limited to: Introduction to Yoga, Yoga for Neck/Shoulders, Yoga for Improved Posture, Yoga for Strength, Yoga for Balance, Yoga for Improved Concentration, Yoga for Relaxation and Yoga for Seniors
Mary Kay offers one-on-one instruction for individuals in the western suburbs of Chicago. These private sessions are driven by the student’s unique goals. There are many benefits of personal instruction; to enhance one’s personal practice, to build self-confidence for beginners, to help one return to yoga after an injury or surgery, to improve one’s ability to deal with a chronic condition, to enhance athletic performance, to manage stress and to increase overall health.
Private Sessions at client’s home or Antares Med Spa:
$75.00 per hour
Initial Session for individual instruction may include:
A 90-minute session with a personalized assessment, yoga class and homework (a written yoga practice to do at home)
Please call in or email your cancellation notice. Provide a minimum 24-hour notice when cancelling your appointment and it will be re-scheduled. You will be charged for the session with a notice less than 24 hours.
Group Sessions at client’s location
Fees for group classes at recreational/fitness centers, senior residential centers or corporate facilities will vary depending on individual arrangements and contract terms.
